Warren graduated from AECC University College in Bournemouth with a First Class Master's Degree in Chiropractic. Warren was inspired to become a Chiropractor after receiving treatment himself and becoming interested in pursuing a career that involved helping others to keep active, exercise and look after themselves as best as possible!
Warren uses a wide range of techniques, from joint manipulation to soft tissue stretching, muscle energy techniques, dry needling and kinesio-taping. Warren has a strong focus on exercise therapy and rehabilitation to enable patients to gain not only strength but mobility too. The stronger and more supple your body the quicker you will recover and the less likely you will be to have problems in the future.
Outside of work I enjoy -
I like to exercise regularly, and try to keep it varied and interesting! I love to spend time with my family, with my young son keeping me busy & entertained. I have had many varied hobbies over the years, including Archery, Fencing and Judo.
Amanda’s first interest in chiropractic started when she experienced back and neck pain as a teenager and saw a Chiropractor. She was amazed at how good she felt after treatment and decided that a career in chiropractic would enable her to pass this feel good factor onto others! Amanda has worked in multiple clinics in Swindon, Oxfordshire and the outskirts of London, treating patients of all ages.
Techniques she uses include diversified manipulation, soft tissue release, kinesiotaping, dry needling, sacro-occipital technique and activator. Amanda explains all treatment options to the patient and together they come up with a treatment plan that suits the patient to get the best results in the quickest time to keep people at their best.
Outside of work I love to spend time with my husband and 2 children. I also enjoy running, cycling, sewing and baking.
